Delivery

Free standard delivery on all orders posted via Royal Mail First Class.

If your order is urgent, please contact us for a quote for express delivery.

Regrettably we do not currently post to countries outside of the UK. We are working on this and aim to offer international shipping soon. If you are not in the UK please do not place an order as it will be cancelled.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us at info@peachblossom.co.uk In the case of non-delivery please wait 21 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.

If you have changed your mind, goods may be returned within 10 working days from receipt and you will receive a full refund not including postage and packaging providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Please email returns@peachblossom.co.uk to notify us of your return and to obtain the delivery address for your return.
