All the items on the site are carefully chosen and we do this by looking high and low, near, far and even sideways to bring you original and exciting products. We endeavour to offer great customer service too and so there is free delivery on all orders delivered in the UK.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our website currently checks out using Paypal so you can login to your Paypal account to pay if you have one and if you don't, fear not, you can enter your credit/debit card details without an account.

I needed my order, like, yesterday can you help?

Unfortunately, we don't specialise in time travelling but we can certainly send your order with express delivery. Just choose next day or saturday delivery at the checkout and we'll get it to you super fast. Express orders placed before noon on a working day are dispatched the same day.  Express orders placed after noon are dispatched on the next working day.

If you need your order even faster, send us an email and we'll do our very best to help.

I placed my order, why hasn't it arrived?

Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class or courier so should reach you within 3-5 working days.

Express delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be delivered on the next working day after dispatch. Express orders must be placed before noon for same day dispatch.

Saturday delivery orders will be delivered on the Saturday following dispatch.

I contacted you but haven't heard back; where are you?!

We are available to reply to emails Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

I live outside the UK, will you ship an order to me?

Of course, just choose your country when checking out. If you need super fast international delivery get in touch and we'll be happy to help. Unfortunately we do not ship to the USA or Canada.

I'm a retailer, do you offer your products on a wholesale basis?

We currently offer our paper straws and doilies on a wholesale basis, send us an email for more info.

I used your products at my party/wedding/christening/in a project, do you want to see the photos?

We certainly do! We love to see what our customers love to do with our products, show us on Facebook, Twitter or email us!

OMG, I love your photos, I'd like to use them for X, Y or Z!

Errr…we work hard to make our pictures pretty so using them in any shape or form is strictly forbidden. Sounds harsh but if you don't comply we'll have to unleash the flying crocodiles on you.

I've changed my mind, can I send my order back?

Yep, send us an e-mail at returns@peachblossom.co.uk to let us know. Send your order back within 7 working days from receipt, making sure everything is in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. We can't reimburse you for return postage unless the product is faulty.

We occasionally run promotional discounts and sales, which we announce on our Facebook, Twitter or email newsletters so stay tuned for the next one!

I ordered several quantities of twine but only received one piece, why?

If you order several quantities of twine, we measure it out as one length so you only receive one piece. We've found that customers prefer this as it means they don't fall short in the middle of using it.

How much helium do you need to fill your balloons?

To inflate one of our big balloons to 30" takes approximately 8 cu ft. (0.2266m³) of helium or to inflate to 34" it takes approximately 15 cu ft. (0.4249m³) of helium. Please ensure you follow the inflation instructions on the packaging.

One of our heart balloons takes approximately require 0.61 cu ft ( 0.020m³) of helium. Please ensure you follow the inflation instructions on the packaging.
